The trueblue dongle is giving me error : ERROR: Unable to communicate with dongle!

I received my true blue dongle at 04-27-2012 but it do not work. All that occurs is the red light stays on and the above message stays on the screen.
My PS3 is with TrueBlue CFW v2.

I want a refund or send me another trueblue. But please, test it before send it to me.

I already send mail to support but NO RESPONSE was given to me.

Hi sorry we just came back from the holiday,did you try to upgrade to the latest update patch V2.61?

I updated it to 2.61 and works fine.

jerry, one question:

When i am playing Red Dead Redemption with true blue CFW v2 and True blue inserted in USB port the PS3 shutdown sometimes when i am playing.

In this case i have to unplug PS3 from jack and plug again to PS3 come back to work.

Is this Trueblue CFW bug or trueblue bug ??
