We made a decision to resend via registered mail tho you don't want to pay the extra $5 that's no problem.You can choose ship by DHL if you want the fastest shipment, anyway it's up to you.

But we can't give you a refund currently because it has pass 60 days it means no guarantee by Paypal, I think you will get the point what I am talking about sorry again.

you're so rude that i would never going to buy from you ever again, I'm NOT THE SAME GUY, My shipment already arrived to the UK, it's on it's way to me,but the way you replied to this guy, it's like whether you like it or not you'll not going to be refunded since you passed certain amount of days that Paypal no longer protecting your purchase which i find really rude of you to say that .. despite the fact that it was your fault not his that the item didn't arrived to him.. anyway HOPE you get your item fast mate but one last advise, if ever you're going to order again DO open a dispute after 30 days of not receiving your item just in case something similar happened to you again

Hello,it's not your business my friend because you don't know the truth; I believe most of our customers were happy to buy from here but don't exclude special case such as the shipping company missed the parcel but we don't get any refund from them yet. What we can do is try to find a good way to help our customers to solve the problem,of course we will refund if it's reasonable.

Well, true, it has been 2 months now and I still don't have my TB dongle.

They have offered to send me another. This time I will choose the DHL method because something happened either with the delivery or they failed to properly fill out the custums sheet, who knows.

All I know is now I'm forced to pay an additional $15 for DHL service (which in special cases like this, most reputable companies would cover) and pray I finally get my dongle.
