I ordered a TB over a month ago and it appears it is stuck in US customs. I called the post office and they tell me that the SENDER (Lightake) has to make an INTERNATIONAL INQUIRY.

I have emailed lightake.com serveral times and you guys give me the run-a-round.

Could someone inquire or shed some light on where my TB is??

I sent an email while the staff was on vacation. Should I re-send the email? I ask because I am still waiting on a response as to why my order was shipped back to you and if I can expect it shipped again or a refund.....

ok, you replied to my emails but didn't mention whether I am getting a refund or you will TRY to ship it out again, hopefully, this time, without the errors or mistakes that caused my package to be returned to you.
