Hello, I think there are problems with the english page of the tracking, can anyone explain me what the last status means and if is my true blue already shipped to my country.

You can check via www.17check.net. And this is the status I quote from there Venezuela 2012 2012-04-20 出口总包直封封发, 北京国际, 委内瑞拉.
It means that your parcel has left China since 4/20/2012,please be patient and stay tuned.

15 days and no news, where is my package now?

Since the package in the transport, there is no update info until arrive the new station.

Normally the shipping will take about 14-28 days arrive you, sometimes it will delay due to some reasons, pls wait it patiently.
