On February 17th my order was paid but until now (more than 2 months) the order doesn't arrive to my country.
I checked in my post office and this was they answer: "Dear Customer, After research in our systems of acknowledgment of international objects in Brazil, we find no record of entry of this object. According to international postal regulations the object belongs to the sender until it is delivered to the recipient. So we direct the sender to file a complaint with the Postal Administration of origin and report the incident. Remain available for other clarifications that may be necessary."
I contacted LightTake several times and they don't answer-me
