Hello, Star A2000 can not upgrade firmware now, it's the latest Android 2.2, if we have new system apps , we'll notice you.

Hello, this phone was ship with a manual , which performance you mentioned? Do you have a problem about operate speed? You can try not to use too many apps in the same time. And you can delete some disable applications. I have tested this phone, I think it performs well. If you have other particular problems,you can send a PM to me.
